Alumnus, Gayla Congdon, will be signing her new book, Disrupted: Cultivating a Mission-Focused Life, in the Darling Library on Thursday, January 24th from 7:00pm to 8:30pm.
Gayla is speaking in chapel that morning at 9:30 as part of the Voices of Christian Thought series this year.
And will be in selected classes throughout the day.
She is the co-founder and Chief Spiritual Officer of Amor Ministries, a missions organization that builds housing for the impoverished in Mexico. A two-time finalist for the San Diego Business Journal’s Women Who Mean Business Award, Gayla is a sought after speaker and has led workshops at the International Conference on Missions and the Christian Leadership Alliance Conference. She holds a B.A. and M.A. from Hope International University.
