What are you reading, Tom Wilson?

Next to the Bible, The China Study by T. Colin Campbell and Thomas M. Campbell II is the most amazing book that I have ever read. It contained more information than you can possibly imagine! Nutrition is not what you think. For me, reading this book was like taking Morpheus' red pill and finally understanding what nutrition really is.

Above all, I have learned from this book strategies for obtaining life-long health. I would recommend The China Study to everyone, though I would especially want to put it in the hands of parents.

I am not sure what my next book will be, but I usually read daily. For fun and inspiration, I turn to scripture.

Tom Wilson is in a joint masters program with Fuller Seminary. He recently completed his MA in Intercultural Studies at Fuller and is now finishing his MBA in International Development here at Hope. Tom is currently an active duty army officer stationed in Italy and is working for US Army Africa. In addition to all of this, he is in the middle of establishing a non-profit in Africa to help street children and orphans.
