Theological Book Collections in NetLibrary


You may be familiar with our NetLibrary collection of electronic books, but did you know that our NetLibrary collection has a large number of ebooks specifically purchased for Religious and Theological studies? This collection also provides many titles appropriate for cross disciplinary studies of religion AND social sciences, history, business, philosophy, and literature.

Here is a sampling of cross disciplinary titles in NetLibrary:
  • African-American Children at Church: A Sociocultural Perspective
  • An Ethic for Enemies: Forgiveness in Politics
  • Culture Wars: Secular-Catholic Conflict in Nineteenth-century Europe
  • Economic Justice: Selections From Distributive Justice and a Living Wage
  • A History of the English Bible as Literature
The NetLibrary Religious and Theological Collection now has over 1100 titles. Twenty of those titles are audio books.

You may access NetLibrary in a number of ways:

  2. Search our OPAC for your subject AND netlibrary (use the Advanced search option). The pathway to our OPAC is http://library.hiu.edu > Search for books and more
