Research Tutorial for Education Majors

Posted by Terri Bogan, MLS

Are you an Education major? Do you need to know where to start your research? Do you need to know how to use the ERIC Thesaurus to refine your search terminology by identifying additional key words, phrases and subject headings on your topic?

The following video tutorial was created for the EDU6910 Introduction to Research and Evaluation class that prepares graduate students to write their thesis. This tutorial is also appropriate for any Education majors that need to start researching a topic in their subject area.

If you have additional questions or would like to set up a research appointment with a librarian, please contact the HIU Librarians through our online help system (LibAnswers) at http://libanswers.hiu.edu.
