Some changes are coming in the next year to one of our longtime research databases. OCLC's FirstSearch database will not be providing access to any databases that they do not own beginning next summer (June 2011). One of the databases that we will be losing at that time is the WilsonSelectPlus full text database. In preparation for this loss, we have obtained a one year trial to its replacement through H.W. Wilson. We will have a year to try out this database on Wilson's platform -- for free!
Here is what is included in the OmniFile Full Text database:
OmniFile Full Text is a multidisciplinary, 100% full-text database providing full text articles from more than 1,600 publications, with their accompanying indexing and abstracts, from the following Wilson Periodical databases:
